The SchwuZ example shows how this can work! They succeed in transferring the CO2 readings of the sensors directly into concrete actions and informing about their purpose. Data becomes action!
The pandemic has made clear to us that new work means much more than the ping pong table in the lobby or the regularly stocked fruit basket in the communal kitchen.
