For our cultural production department we are looking for a person leading our guest service & door crew as quickly as possible.
In this position you will be responsible for the professional and personal leadership of the guest relations & door team. You’ll ensure smooth admission operation, compliance with the guidelines for SchwuZ as a place free of discrimination and violence, as well as legal framework conditions. You would be the contact person in security and conflict matters and you’d have a strong awareness of the club’s activities. Your sensitivity allows you to communicate empathically and safely de-escalate challenging situations.
Your main tasks include:
- Help with de-escalation to a frictionless and low-conflict event
- Onboarding of new team members
- Conducting and documenting regular feedback meetings
- Moderation of conflicts
- Identifying needs for development
- Regular reporting to the head of the department
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

In this position, you are primarily responsible for the regular, material-appropriate care and cleaning of our event, storage and office spaces.
Your main tasks include:
- Floor cleaning
- Surface and furniture cleaning
- Cleaning of sanitary facilities
- Professional waste disposal
- Washing of towels, rags and other textiles
- Cleaning and organizing storage areas, as well as inventory inspection
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
You love cleanliness and tidiness. The scent of detergent gives you a feeling of happiness and you’ve long given your vacuum cleaner a loving nickname. You’re very thorough, reliable and have experience in the care of different materials. Our team is diverse, interdisciplinary and international. Good knowledge of German and English is an advantage.

For our operational club business in Rollbergstraße, we’re looking to hire a mini-job-based guest service as quickly as possible.
In this position, you’ll ensure smooth admission operation, compliance with the guidelines for SchwuZ as a place free of discrimination and violence,
as well as legal framework conditions. You would be the contact person
in security and conflict matters and you’d have a strong awareness of the club’s activities. Your sensitivity allows you to communicate empathically and safely de-escalate challenging situations.
Your main tasks include:
- Coordination of the entrance queue
- Pocket control & body checks
- Custody of unauthorised items
- Regular inspection of the event rooms (in particular the escape routes)
- Maintaining peace and quiet in the courtyard area
- Communicative de-escalation in cases of conflict
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
A sense of fun for night work! You can skilfully balance honest hospitality and professional distance. At the same time, you have a high degree of sensitivity when dealing with people. You can keep a cool head even in stressful situations and still have an overview even when others have lost it long ago. Your communication strength makes it easy for you to approach people and de-escalate conflict situations in a solution-oriented way. In addition, you have a current first aid certification. Our team and our visitors are diverse and international. Good knowledge of German and English is a requirement in this position.
