As Berlin’s oldest and most popular event center for queer culture and sociopolitical participation, we’re a fair and equitable employer with identification potential and meaningful employment possibilities. Whether in beverages, service, sales, communication, booking, tech, cleaning, personal management or event management – we work together to create, organize and realize a wide variety of event formats and cultural events. This includes club nights and concerts as well as externally organized events such as trade shows, conventions and gala events that take place at SchwuZ.

About the SchwuZ:
SchwuZ is Berlin’s largest and best-known event centre for queer culture and socio-political engagement. At our location in the former Kindlbrauerei in Neukölln, we organise more than 300 events a year. In addition to our own formats such as club nights and stage programmes, our portfolio includes rentals and cooperations for concerts, congresses and corporate events.
We know that every life path is unique and it is important to us that you feel encouraged to apply even if you do not fulfil all the requirements. What counts for us is the motivation to take on responsibility and the willingness to develop yourself further.
In particular, we also invite lesbians, trans* and inter* people, as well as BIPoC queers, people with a migration history or people with disabilities to apply.
