Your main tasks include:

  • Custody of lost property and processing for its return

For our operational club business in Rollbergstraße, we’re looking to hire a mini-job-based guest service as quickly as possible.

In this position, you’ll ensure smooth admission operation, compliance with the guidelines for SchwuZ as a place free of discrimination and violence,
as well as legal framework conditions. You would be the contact person
in security and conflict matters and you’d have a strong awareness of the club’s activities. Your sensitivity allows you to communicate empathically and safely de-escalate challenging situations.

Your main tasks include:

  • Coordination of the entrance queue
  • Pocket control & body checks
  • Custody of unauthorised items
  • Regular inspection of the event rooms (in particular the escape routes)
  • Maintaining peace and quiet in the courtyard area
  • Communicative de-escalation in cases of conflict

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

A sense of fun for night work! You can skilfully balance honest hospitality and professional distance. At the same time, you have a high degree of sensitivity when dealing with people. You can keep a cool head even in stressful situations and still have an overview even when others have lost it long ago. Your communication strength makes it easy for you to approach people and de-escalate conflict situations in a solution-oriented way. In addition, you have a current first aid certification. For our Events & Location Rental divisions, we will be offering an apprenticeship as a event merchant (IHK) on 01.09.2024.

In your three-year apprenticeship, you’ll get to know all facets of the profession and support our team in the smooth running of our in-house productions such as concerts, conferences, parties or film and television productions.

In this position, you support our event team in the development, planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external event productions and formats.

In your three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know all facets of the job profile and work through different areas of the company. The dual training takes place in our company and in block lessons in the vocational school.

Your training content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creative and quality-oriented conception of target group-oriented event formats
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of productions (including obtaining, comparing and negotiating offers with cooperation partners, personnel and material planning, approval procedures)
  • Creation of specifications for room, lighting and decoration concepts
  • Calculating and assessing event risks, as well as carrying out closing calculations and success checks
  • Billing and event-related accounting
  • Creating, controlling and implementing production-specific organizational processes
  • Preparation of safety concepts
  • Acquisition, maintenance and support of customers, cooperation partners and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of marketing strategies

YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL FEELING?

For event operation in our location in Rollbergstraße, we’re offering an apprenticeship as a specialist for event technology (IHK) on 01.09.2024.

In this position, you’ll support our technical management in the smooth running of our event productions and formats.

In your three-year apprenticeship, you’ll get to know all facets of the profession and support our team in the smooth running of our in-house productions such as concerts, conferences, parties or film and television productions.

In addition to detailed expertise in electrical engineering, you’ll also be taught content in the fields of sound, lighting and video technology. In addition, the school-based apprenticeship includes, for example, modules in the areas of labour and collective bargaining law, as well as safety and environmental protection. The dual training takes place in our company and in block lessons in the vocational school.

Your main tasks include:

  •  Support in the technical implementation (sound & light) of event productions

     

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of rehearsals, sound and light checks

     

  • Provision of the necessary equipment for production

  • Supervision of our organisers with regard to their technical requirements

  • Submit your properly managed report booklet regularly to your trainer

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
You are at least 18 years old and may even be able to demonstrate your first experience in the field of event technology in the form of internships. Math & physics were your thing at school, mixing consoles give you goose bumps, and you love to put rooms and people in the right light. You enjoy creating a good atmosphere and trust yourself to work on our lift in lofty altitudes. You’re creative, responsible and flexible.
