(1) We typically ship only to Germany and to other EU countries. We cannot ship to Switzerland due to customs regulations. If you require shipment to a different country, then please write us an email at verwaltung@schwuz.de and tell us which item(s) you wish to order and in what quantity, the delivery address, the corresponding postal code and country. We will then be able to inform you shortly thereafter if we can ship to that country and address and also inform you about shipping costs as necessary – we must first inquire with our shipping partner about shipping possibilities and costs.

(2) Shipping costs

Within Germany it costs €5.90; shipping within Germany is free for orders totaling €30.00 or more.

Within the EU it costs €17.85.

(3) Only vouchers or support ticket orders have no shipping charges.
