“Das Wohnzimmer des SchwuZ” opens its doors during the week and before club nights to a variety of collectives, activists and artists. The different event formats reflect the dazzling diversity of Berlin’s queer community. Thanks to the different artistic visions, our SchwuZ-Magie shines in a new light every evening. Here you can brighten up your evenings during the week or shorten the time until the long-awaited party at the weekend. On the Pepsi Boston Bar stage, newcomers can let off steam hand in hand with experienced acts. The evenings are united by the exuberant atmosphere: everyone, without exception, is cheered on and celebrated. Here you are close to the heartbeat of SchwuZ. Pepsi Boston’s namesake is a fag legend. She is one of the many men in drag who shaped the early history of SchwuZ with their creativity and political will. Like so many of her colleagues, she died as a result of AIDS. We pay our respects to her with this bar. The Pepsi Boston Bar opens on Wednesday and Thursday from 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 9 pm. Admission is free of charge during the week – and also at weekends until 10 pm – with limited capacity and no admission guarantee.
